Astec ChiralDEX含TA、DM、DP、DA、PN、BP、PH、PM等固定相。Astec CHIRLDEX G-TA，G-DP，B-DM及Supelco β-Dex 110或120组合能完成绝大多数手性物质的气相色谱分离。

Supelco α-DEX 120 气相色谱手性柱包含嵌入中极性固定相的全甲基化 α-环糊精，对小分子对映异构体的分离具有*的选择性。还建议用于分离位置异构体（酚、二甲苯等）。

α-DEX^™ 120 was used in a GC column, in an experiment conducted to study the addition of catalytic enantioselective diethylzinc to a-substituted aldehyde, in presence of enantiopure ligand。It was also used to pack chiral column durin GC analysis, in an experiment to investigate lipase-mediated desymmetrization of glycerol with aliphatic and aromatic anhydrides。
